What should I do if water leaks from the hose connection?

If water leaks from the hose after connection, check that the hose connections are tight at both the tap and washer. For normal taps with screw type inlet hose, push the water supply hose vertically upwards so the rubber packing adheres completely to the tap, then tighten by screwing to the right. Make sure the rubber seal is inside the hose connector. (Page 9)
