How do I factory reset the AK-11?
To perform a master reset, disconnect power from the keypad. Press and hold down the *and #keys. Apply power to the keypad while holding the keys until the red LED starts flashing. Release the keys; both LEDs will remain lit until the process completes, then the yellow LED will turn off (Page 10).
