How do I properly disconnect my BBQ for winter storage?

Remove all parts as outlined in cleaning and maintenance section, clean thoroughly, oil grates with vegetable shortening, wrap them or store indoors. Make sure the propane cylinder valve is turned off when storing outdoors (Page 15).
