What is the difference between the Light Side and Dark Side action cards?

The Dark Side has much stiffer penalties than the Light Side. For example, the Light Side has a Draw One card (next player draws 1), while the Dark Side has a Draw Five card (next player draws 5). The Dark Side also has a Skip Everyone card that skips all players, and a Wild Draw Color card that forces the next player to draw until they get a specific color.
