How can I fix slow water flow in my Maytag washer?

A restricted water flow issue is often caused by clogged inlet water line filters. Inlet water lines have small screen inserts that can get clogged with sediment. Disconnecting the water hoses and checking or cleaning the filters can resolve this issue.
