Why is there water remaining in the tub after the cycle ends?

First, confirm the cycle has fully completed by checking that the green light is on; if not, press START/RESUME and close the door within 3 seconds to resume. If the dishwasher is connected to a food waste disposer, ensure the knockout plug has been removed from the disposer inlet. Also check for kinks in the drain hose, food obstructions in the drain or disposer, and verify the house fuse or circuit breaker has not tripped. (Page 10)
