How do I troubleshoot when there is no weld output but wire feeds?

First check if thermistor RT1 or RT2 is open due to overheating and allow the fan to run until the unit cools to acceptable temperatures. Ensure the work clamp has good metal-to-metal contact with the workpiece. Replace the contact tip if it is worn or damaged.
