How should I ground the Bobcat 250 when mounting it on a vehicle or trailer?

Connect a grounding cable from the equipment grounding terminal on the front panel to the metal vehicle frame using #10 AWG or larger insulated copper wire. You must also electrically bond the generator frame to the vehicle frame by metal-to-metal contact, as bed liners, shipping skids, and some running gears can insulate the generator from the vehicle frame.
