What engine oil should I use in the Bobcat 250 at initial setup?

The unit is shipped with 10W30 engine oil. You should check all fluids daily with the engine cold and on a level surface, and do not exceed the 'Full' mark on the oil level dipstick. Use the correct grade oil for cold weather conditions to improve cold weather starting. (Page 18)
