What does the Adaptive Hot Start feature do on the CST 280?

Adaptive Hot Start automatically increases the output amperage at the start of a weld should the start require it, preventing the electrode from sticking. This feature provides superior stick arc performance even on difficult-to-run electrodes like E6010.
