How do I start a TIG arc on the CST 280 without high frequency?
The CST 280 uses Lift-Arc start technology, which provides TIG arc starting without the use of high frequency. This is selected using the Weld Process Selector Switch on the front control panel. This method is beneficial in environments where high-frequency interference could be a concern. (Page 1-2)
