Can the Dynasty 280 be used in damp locations, and what special precautions apply?

Additional safety precautions are required when using the Dynasty 280 in damp locations, confined spaces, or situations with high risk of contact with the workpiece or ground. In these conditions, use the following in order of preference: 1) a semiautomatic DC constant voltage (wire) welder, 2) a DC manual (stick) welder, or 3) an AC welder with reduced open-circuit voltage. Use dry insulating mats or covers to insulate yourself from work and ground, and do not work alone. (Page 9)
