How do I minimize my exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) while welding?

Keep cables close together by twisting, taping, or using a cable cover, and do not place your body between welding cables. Keep your head and trunk as far away from the equipment as possible, and connect the work clamp to the workpiece as close to the weld as possible. Do not work next to, sit on, or lean on the welding power source. (Page 7)
