How should I handle shielding gas cylinders safely?

Cylinders must be installed in an upright position by securing them to a stationary support or cylinder rack to prevent falling or tipping. Keep cylinders away from welding or other electrical circuits, and never weld on a pressurized cylinder, as an explosion will result. (Page 6)
