How do I change the wire feeder speed display from inches per minute to meters per minute?

To change from inches per minute (ipm) to meters per minute (m/min), remove the wire feeder cover and set DIP switch #1 (at the top of the panel) to the ON position using a small screwdriver. Replace the cover after making the adjustment. Turn off the welding power source and verify the input capacitor voltage before proceeding. (Page 17)
