What should I check if my PipeWorx 400 is producing an erratic arc?

Inspect the electrode holder or MIG gun for damage, check the wire feed system for jams or obstructions, and verify that the gas supply is adequate with the flow rate set correctly. Any of these issues can cause arc instability.
