What should I do if the unit overheats during MIG welding?

If the unit overheats, the thermostat opens, output stops, and the cooling fan runs. You should wait fifteen minutes for the unit to cool before resuming welding. Before restarting, reduce amperage or duty cycle to prevent overheating again. Exceeding the duty cycle can damage the unit and void the warranty. (Page 13)
