How do I change the contact tube and liner on the Spoolmatic 30A?

Turn off the weld control and welding power source, remove the top cover, and open the pressure roll assembly. Insert the contact tube wrench into the nozzle, loosen the compression nut, and pull out the contact tube; then pull the wire out through the nozzle and the liner should slide out — tilt the nozzle down if needed. Install the new liner and contact tube over the wire, cut the wire flush at the end of the contact tube, and tighten the compression nut just until the contact tube is secure, as overtightening will damage the adapter.
