What type of RGB LED strips are compatible with the JRGB1 and JRAINBOW connectors, and can I mix them up?

The JRGB1 connector supports 5050 RGB LED strips running at 12V (12V/G/R/B) with a maximum power rating of 3A, while the JRAINBOW connectors support WS2812B Individually Addressable RGB LED strips running at 5V. You must not connect the wrong type — connecting a 5V LED strip to the JRGB connector will result in damage to the LED strip. (Page 40, 41)
