What are the EZ Debug LED indicators and what do they mean?

The motherboard has four EZ Debug LEDs that indicate specific system issues: CPU LED indicates the CPU is not detected or has failed, DRAM LED indicates memory is not detected or has failed, VGA LED indicates GPU/PCIe/M.2 device is not detected or has failed, and BOOT LED indicates the booting device is not detected or has failed. These LEDs help diagnose startup problems.
