How do I open the tumbling barrel to add or remove rocks and grit?

To open the tumbling barrel, unscrew and remove the outer black knob, then pop off the stainless steel housing. If it's difficult, use a flat object like a utensil handle to pry it off. Once it’s removed, reattach the black knob and pull off the inner lid using it. (Page 2)
