What should I do if I cannot connect to the extender?

If you cannot connect to the extender, first check that it is powered on by looking at the Power LED. Verify that the WiFi network name (SSID) is being broadcast and that you are using the correct password. You can also try accessing mywifiext.net directly, or locate the extender's IP address to troubleshoot the connection issue (Page 42-44).
