How do I update the firmware on my 122Hd Dash Cam?
Download the latest firmware file (FW122HDA.bin) from the Nextbase Support & Downloads page, format the SD card through the Setup Menu, copy the bin file to the SD card via USB card reader, insert the SD card into the dash cam, plug it into your PC, and select 'Power On' to begin the automatic update process which takes approximately 1 minute. Do not disconnect power during the update.
