How do I update the firmware on my Nextbase 122HD Dash Cam?
Download the latest firmware file ('FW122HDA.bin') from the Nextbase Support & Downloads page, copy it to your formatted SD card, insert the SD card into the Dash Cam, and plug the Dash Cam into your PC — the update will begin automatically. The update takes approximately 1 minute, and you must not disconnect power during the process. After the update, the Dash Cam will restart and display the PC Connection Screen. (Pages 1-5)
