How do I use the Dehydrate function on the AF101?

Place your first layer of ingredients in the bottom of the basket, then install the crisper plate inside the basket and set a second layer of ingredients on top. Press the DEHYDRATE button, set your desired temperature and cook time using the arrow buttons, then press START/PAUSE to begin dehydrating. You can increase your dehydrating capacity by using the optional multi-layer rack, available at ninjaaccessories.com. (Page 11)
