How do I use the Foodi Smart Thermometer with the grill?

Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat without touching bone or fat, then plug it into the jack under the orange silicone cover on the right side of the unit. Select your cooking function and adjust temperature as needed, press the PRESET button to set the food type and desired doneness, then press START/STOP to begin cooking. The unit will beep when the desired doneness is reached.
