How do I properly apply the arm cuff?

Plug the air cuff into the monitor by inserting the air plug into the air jack until it clicks. Place your hand through the cuff loop and pull it to your upper arm with the bottom edge 0.5 inch (1 to 2 cm) above the inside elbow. The air tube should be on the inside of your arm aligned with your middle finger, and wrap the cuff securely so it doesn't move. (Page 22-23)
