How do I set the date and time on my BP7250?

Press the Connection button to display the year, then use the Forward/Backward buttons to adjust it, and press the Connection button to confirm before moving to the next value. Repeat this process for month, day, hour, and minute, then press the Connection button to store the final setting. The monitor automatically turns off 3 seconds after the minutes are set. Note that the date and time will be set automatically if you pair the monitor with the OMRON app. (Page 20)
