Why won't my Oral-B toothbrush hold a charge?
Ensure you are charging the brush for the full time specified in the manual: 16 hours for Vitality and PRO 500 models, 22 hours for all others. Check that the power outlet is functioning properly and not on a metal surface which can interfere with charging.
