I have a memory card inserted but can't view my photos. What should I do?

First, make sure the memory card is one of the compatible formats and that the files are JPEG images. Second, turn the frame off and ensure the memory card is inserted completely into the card slot facing the correct direction. Third, turn the frame back on and after a couple of seconds press EXIT to open the Card Selection screen, select your card, then select Photos. (Page 24)
