Why can't I view my photos even though a memory card is inserted?

First, confirm the memory card is a supported format and that the files are JPEG images. Next, turn the frame off, ensure the card is inserted all the way and facing the right direction, then turn the frame back on. Press Exit to open the Card Selection screen, select the card, then select Photos to view the Thumbnails screen — if photos still don't appear, try another card. (Page 24)
