To program your cat’s microchip, first ensure the manual lock is in In and Out position and install 4 high-quality AA batteries. Next, press and hold the button inside the battery compartment for about 5 seconds until the red LED light appears to enter Learn Mode. Position your cat's head into the tunnel within 60 seconds. Once programmed successfully, the flap will unlatch, and the red LED will turn off.
