How do I adjust the listening volume on the headset?
When wearing the headset on your right ear, push the volume button up to increase the volume and push it down to decrease the volume. The opposite is true when wearing the headset on your left ear. If the volume is still too loud or too soft, you can also adjust the desk phone listening volume control on the base. (Page 3)
