How do I perform a factory reset on the ProForm Cycle Trainer 300 CI?

With the power switch turned off, locate the small reset opening on the right side of the console. Using a straightened paperclip, press and hold the reset button inside the opening. While holding the reset button, turn the power switch to the on position and continue holding until the console turns on.
