How do I stop a program that is already running?

Press and hold the start/stop button for 2 seconds to stop a program that is currently running. If you discover a mistake after starting, stop the program as quickly as possible, as a program that is substantially into the cycle may produce poor results and the ingredients may need to be discarded.
