What is the keep warm feature and how long does it last?

The keep warm feature is available on the basic, French, wholewheat, sweet, sandwich, gluten-free, fastbake I, and fastbake II programs. It will keep your bread warm for 1 hour after baking is complete, then beep several times before switching off (Page 5).
