What loaf sizes and crust colours can I select, and which programs support them?

The available loaf sizes are small (500g), medium (750g), and large (1kg), and crust colours are light (L), medium (P), and dark (H). Only the basic, French, wholewheat, sweet, and sandwich programs allow you to select both loaf size and crust colour. (Page 4)
