What should I do if the bread isn't fully baked after the program finishes?

Once the program finishes, your breadmaker has a keep warm feature available on the basic, French, wholewheat, sweet, sandwich, gluten-free, fastbake I, and fastbake II programs that will keep the bread warm for up to 1 hour. If you don't want to use this feature, press and hold the start/stop button for 2 seconds to stop the breadmaker. (Page 5)
