How do I install the car seat for a rear-facing position?

Place the child restraint in back seat, facing rear. Route the lower anchor belt through the rear-facing belt path, pull across to opposite side, attach hooks to vehicle’s lower anchors, tighten belt placing hand inside and pushing firmly down while pulling free end tightly (Pages 34-35)
