How do I transfer data from my previous phone to the Galaxy A04e?

You can use Smart Switch to transfer data from your previous device. Open Settings and tap 'Accounts and backup,' then tap 'Bring data from old device.' You can transfer wirelessly by placing both devices near each other and following the on-screen instructions, or you can use an external storage device like a microSD card, or transfer via a computer using the Smart Switch PC application downloaded from www.samsung.com/smartswitch.
