How do I get Samsung Remote Support for my TV?
Call the Samsung Contact Center and ask for remote support, then open the menu on your TV and go to Settings > Support. Select Remote Management, agree to the service agreements, and provide the displayed PIN number to the technician, who can then remotely diagnose the TV, adjust settings, perform a factory reset, or install firmware updates.
