The recommended temperature for the freezer is 0°F (-18°C) and for the refrigerator is 37°F (3°C). The freezer can be set between -8°F and 5°F (-23°C to -15°C), and the fridge can be set between 34°F and 44°F (1°C to 7°C). Keep in mind that foods such as ice cream may melt at 4°F (-15.5°C).
