How do I turn off the ice maker or stop ice production?

Press and hold the Cubed Ice button for 3 seconds to stop ice production; the Ice Off indicator will illuminate when the function is turned off. Samsung recommends stopping ice making when there is enough ice in the bucket, when you want to save water and energy, or when water is not being supplied to the refrigerator. If the ice maker is on but the water line is not connected, you will hear a water valve noise from the back of the unit. (Page 4)
