What are the recommended temperatures for the freezer and refrigerator compartments?

The recommended basic temperatures are -2°F (-19°C) for the freezer and 38°F (3°C) for the refrigerator. The freezer can be set between -8°F and 8°F (-22°C to -14°C), and the fridge can be set between 34°F and 46°F (1°C to 7°C).
