First, wait 12 hours after installation before expecting ice production. Check that the freezer temperature is set below -18°C (or -20°C in warm ambient air), and verify that Control Lock or Child Lock is not activated. Make sure the ice maker is turned on by pressing and holding the Cubed/Crushed Ice button for 3 seconds. If the ice maker has just been installed, allow 24 hours of operation for optimal performance.
