Modern medical equipment is generally well protected against exposure to radio waves, so there is generally no cause for concern about the phone affecting the proper operation of medical equipment. However, the Ministry of Health recommends not bringing the mobile device closer than 30-50 centimeters from medical equipment that is implanted or worn on the patient's body. (Pages 5, 9)
