What does the 4C error code mean and how do I fix it?

The 4C error code means water is not being supplied to the washing machine. Check that the water taps are fully open, the water hoses are not clogged or frozen, and the mesh filter is clean. Also verify that the cold and hot water taps are properly connected and that the machine is operating with sufficient water pressure. When 4C is displayed, the machine drains for 3 minutes and the Power button is inoperative during this time. (Page 48)
