How do I re-pair the Samsung Smart Control if it stops working?
Move to between 1 foot and 13 feet (30cm to 4m) of the TV, aim the Samsung Smart Control at the TV's remote control sensor, and then press the RETURN and GUIDE buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or more. The Connection in Progress icon will appear on the screen, followed by the Connected icon once pairing is successful. If the problem persists after re-pairing, try replacing the batteries first.
