What is covered under the Samsung washer's limited warranty in the U.S.?

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, with parts and labor covered for one (1) year, the stainless tub part covered for three (3) years, and the Digital Inverter Motor part covered for twenty (20) years. The warranty is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States that have been installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions. Damage from shipment, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, fire, floods, or use of unauthorized parts is not covered. (Pages 22–23)
