What should I do if the washer door will not open after a cycle?

Press Start/Pause (Hold to Start) to stop the washer and wait a few moments for the door lock mechanism to disengage. Make sure all the water in the drum is drained, as the door may not open if water remains. If the washer is paused after water is supplied, the door cannot be opened until one minute has passed; if draining occurs followed by an information code, the door will not open until 3 minutes after the washer has stopped or the power is turned off.
